SLAB Lifetime Warranty
Level Best guarantees all foundation repairs with a fully transferable lifetime warranty. If a concrete pier or piling fails during the warranty period, we will adjust it at no cost to the owner.
PIER & BEAM 5-Year Warranty
Level Best will readjust piers at no cost if settlement causes excess slope within five years. This warranty is transferable to subsequent property owners.
Note: Level Best is not responsible for repairing or replacing sheetrock, wallpaper, or other rigid materials that may crack during warranty work
